UTCH’s Human Resources team plays a transversal counseling role that is at the core of the organization and works in close collaboration with managers, employees and union representatives
Around 20 people are part of this team; some work in Kuujjuaq while others work remotely. HR is responsible for recruitment, continuous education, medical-administrative activities, employee assistance programs and enforcement of organizational policies
